Albion Concrete

Here are a series of wonderful concrete structures along the Albion side of Kororoit Creek.

So far we have ascertained that they are most likely governed by Brimbank Council.

The next step was to see how the local community respond to the idea of making them into artworks.

Posters were placed along the walking paths and a few community members responded.

Some of the responses were that we need to begin with acknowledging the Wurundjeri people who loved alongside the Kororoit Creek. 

At the moment I am liasing with represntatives of the Wurundjeri to see how we might go about this project.
